1. How long is the sample time of the mask ? Does the sample fee can be returned?
Proofing fee usually 5-7 working days. If the order reach or exceed behind MOQ quantity,proofing fee refuned.If not reached behind MOQ quantity,proofing fee will be taken by you.
2. About the sample what is the cost of transportation?
The freight depends on the weight and package size and destination from here to Your location.
3. How to control quality ?
A, All the raw material by IQC (incoming quality control) before launch whole process into the process after the screening.
B, Process each link in the process of IPQC (input process quality control) patrol inspection.
C, After finised by QC full inspection before packing into the next process package.
D, OQC before shipment for each mask to do full inspection.
4. Are you manufactory or trade company ?
We are the Manufactory specialized in beautymask industry produdts for many years already in Guang zhou ,China. Our factory have passed ISO 9001:2008, GMPC factory Audit, and we are AAA grade credit enterprise.
5. How to make payment ?
Usually we request for 30% deposit after confirm the PI to start the production, then the balance 70% must be paid before goods shipment . We have HSBC company account .For sample freight fee or trial order ,you could choose HSBC, Paypal or Western Uinon to pay. Contact us for more payment details.
6. How long can I expect to get the sample ?
The samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5days,will be send by internation express company such as DHL,UPS,TNT FEDEX and would be arrived within 3-5days.
7. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your product or package ?
Sure ,You could have your own package design with Logo. Or any other request to see if it could do or not.
8. How to order ?
Please send us your purchase order by email or contact by any of our contact way. We can make you a proforma invoice under your request. We need to know the following information for your order before sending you PI.
1) Product informaion ,quantity,specification (capacity,mask variety , packing requirements,etc)
2) Delivery time required. .
3) Shipping information: company name,street address,phone destination sea port.Etc.
4) Forwarder's contact details if there 's in China.
9. How can order the products without any acknowledge of import ?
We could arrange your shipping by sea ,by air or express for you and deliver everything to your port or provide you door to door service.
10. Do you have stock ?
Some of products are under regular production,if but our order also many ,if happen to have in stock we can make delivery immediately after receive payment ,if not then need to see the order lining time to produce.
11. What is your incomterm ?
Usually we choose FOB for our regular incomterm. Or could be following your request for other conditions.
